CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
I’ve been passionate about fitness and sports for as long as I can remember. Seven years ago, a friend introduced me to CrossFit, and I had no idea what to expect. But from the very first workout, I was hooked. About five years into my journey, I realized I wanted to share what I had learned with others. That realization led me to coaching, and it’s been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life. Starting CrossFit was a turning point for me—not just in fitness but in every aspect of my life. It transformed my lifestyle, boosted my confidence, and even improved my day-to-day habits, like being more punctual and disciplined. I grew up playing competitive cricket in India, a sport I still enjoy whenever I get the chance here in the United States. CrossFit added a new dimension to my athletic journey, making me stronger both mentally and physically. It’s become my daily stress buster and even enhanced my performance in my professional IT career. As a coach, I prioritize technique and encourage athletes to focus on mastering one thing at a time. I’ve seen firsthand how this approach leads to sustainable progress. When I started CrossFit, I spent months working with an empty barbell to perfect my technique—and it paid off in the long run.
For me, the turning point was stepping into a CrossFit gym for the first time, uncertain of what to expect but eager to challenge myself. My internal enemy was doubt—doubt in my ability to succeed in something completely new. I had always enjoyed fitness, but the rigorous demands of CrossFit felt daunting at first. That doubt was the enemy that tried to hold me back. But with time, consistency, and a relentless focus on improving, I conquered that self-doubt. As I mastered new movements, built strength, and became more confident in my abilities, CrossFit transformed my life. It not only improved my fitness but also my mentality, my discipline, and my perspective on what I could achieve. Today, I look back at that fear of failure as the catalyst that pushed me to become the coach I am today—stronger, more resilient, and ready to help others overcome their own challenges.
My purpose as a coach is simple: to help individuals unlock their true potential—both inside and outside the gym. I’m passionate about serving athletes who are committed to improving themselves, whether they’re beginners or seasoned CrossFitters. I thrive on helping people break through their barriers, whether those barriers are physical, mental, or emotional. What motivates me every day is seeing the transformation that CrossFit can bring—not just in terms of physical strength but in building confidence, resilience, and a mindset that anything is possible. When I see athletes push through their limits, overcome self-doubt, and achieve things they never thought possible, it fuels my passion for coaching. I want to work with individuals who are ready to take on challenges head-on and make a lasting change in their lives.
